Delaware School Districts Take Coronavirus Precautions

Cape_PrepsLEWES, Del.- Some school districts in the First State are taking precautions ahead of any potential Coronavirus cases.

The Cape Henlopen School District posted a message on its Facebook page Tuesday saying it is closely monitoring the Coronavirus disease, although there are no confirmed cases in Delaware at this time.

The district went on to say staff members will regularly clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces in hallways, classrooms, offices and restrooms. Cape also asks that parents inform their children's school nurses in advance of any international travel.
